At Goranga, we love to offer you the best price for all tours & activities that you book with us.

We work very hard to maintain an up-to-date inventory for all the tours as marketed on our platform and ensure that they are regularly updated by our travel partners & prices as offered are best in the market.

We guarantee that all tours as marketed on our platform are available at their best price & you will not find the same tour selling at cheaper rate in the market. In case, you find same tour at a better rate keeping in consideration that inclusions & exclusions and booking conditions (service date, time & no. of travelers selected) are same and it is being offered by the same Local Tour Operator as ours, we shall meet the price & refund the difference to you.

All you need to do is the below:

  • Send us invoice of your tour as booked with Goranga along with the proof that establishes the fact that you have found the same at a lower price & mail it to customersupport@goranga.com
  • Then you need to sit back & relax while we get in touch with our supplier & clear out the reason for this rate disparity. This should not take more than 4-5 days.
  • We will get back to you with a detailed explanation for the same plus refund the difference to you.

Terms & conditions applicable

  • The minimum purchased product value should be more than GBP 25 (or equivalent) priced per person
  • This policy is applicable on the actual retail price of the product & not on the prices which are offered under special discounts, promos, sale or membership benefits.
  • We will refund the difference provided the same local tour operator is providing the same activity at a lower price. It may either be through any other online marketplace or directly offered by him for the same date.
  • This policy is not applicable on the attraction tickets, theatre tickets, concert tickets, event tickets, match tickets or show tickets.
  • We reserve the right to approve/disapprove any refunds.
