  • The meeting point of this tour is on the Ground floor of Mitsui Sumitomo Bank (Address: 1 Chome-7-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0023, Japan). The tour guide will be wearing a yellow jacket and easily recognizable.
  • Please arrive the departure location 15 mins before the departure time. No waiting for anyone being late and the tour fee is not refundable.
  • Only one hand carry bag is allowed and please store your huge luggage at hotel or nearby lockers.
  • If the sightseeing spot is not normally operated, there may be a change in the itinerary and there won't be a refund.
  • Please note the itinerary may be adjusted in the event of a serious traffic jam.
  • If the weather is too bad and tour must be cancelled, you will be informed on or before 2:00 PM the day before.
  • From December to April, Fujisan Gogome 5th Station will be closed and the itinerary will be replaced by Arakura Sengen Shrine. The exact date will be announced by the official website of Gogome 5th Station.
  • This tour activity has maximum 99 guests per tour to book.
